The project implementation includes the analysis of chosen pseudocereals and minor fruit species, as well as the analysis of various modification of the functional food of new type designed for special nutritional purposes (prevention against obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer) prepared using investigated raw materials. By project implementation new knowledges about new type of foods suitable for daily consumption as well as foods for celiac patients will be obtained.
