The project is aimed at updating of practical teaching in the system of exercises selected study subjects in Food Safety and Control study program, focusing on routine laboratory work as well as on immunoassays and molecular-genetic methods. The focus is mainly on increasing the knowledge and skills of students in laboratory techniques and methods with practical exercises. A part of solution includes the development of modern university education resources and guidelines for exercise in printed and interactive form.
