This project is focused on the development of the secondary reference materials and the calibration materials. These materials will help to establish a uniform system of traceability of measurement in dairy laboratories, central testing laboratories and official control laboratories. We will create new calibrations for determination of casein content, free fatty acids content, ketoses compounds, urea and as well any abnormalities such as adding water or removal of fat or other. Consequent analysis of the data with new mathematical and statistical application for the evaluation of spectral data allows us to quickly identify samples showing any abnormalities to the standard spectrum of raw milk.
