The main objective of the given project is the examination of the socio-economic and qualitative factors affecting the production and consumption of milk and cheese. The ultimate goal yet will require the compliance with a total of ten partial aims. The selection of the methodoly will be based on the project so the project objectives, as well as laboratory equipment of the solvers workplace. The proposed project has a benefit especially for customers of research, the dairy industry, farmers, veterinarians, chain stores, but we can also talk about the importance for the whole society.
