The project is aimed on the innovation of the content structure and the preparation of e-learning materials in the study programs "Food Safety and Control" and "Food and Technology in Gastronomy", following the new institutional accreditation system. As the part of the solution is to innovate the contents of the subjects and at the same time developing the e-learning materials from individual subjects. By e-learning study materials, the study literature will be expanded in particular by sources which can not be offered in print materials in terms of, especially resolution (photographs, diagrams, videos, etc.).
