Project description:The aim of the project is to determine the surface roughness of the equipment which the milk flows through (gums in teat cup liners, rubber hoses, stainless steel piping), in laboratory conditions as well as in primary production. Materials will be exploated in the farms specified time of hours, thereby determining the degradation of the material surface during use. On the tested materials will be assed the ability of bacteria to form biofilm in depending on their roughness and the effectiveness of sanitizers. We focus mainly on teat cup liners made of various materials. The measured values will be obtained by certified apparatus and some physical quantities will be obtained using assembled measuring station
