|Project description:||In the recent time, there is evident increasing interest about using of natural biologically active substances with beneficial effect on the human health. From aspect of occurrence of various civilisation diseases, especially within therapy and prevention, important position is assigned to natural substances which show antioxidant (sulforaphane, lycopene, selenium etc.). The main source of majority of antioxidant substances are various plant products, mainly vegetable or fruits. Within prepared project, we will focus on the optimisation of antioxidant content or potential increase of its content in vegetable in dependency on abiotic factors of environment for cultivation of examined vegetable species (broccoli, tomato, onion, carrot).|
