Resistance of selected bacterial groups influencing milk quality against sanitary conditions and their ability to form biofilm.Supervisor: doc. Ing. Margita Čanigová, CSc.
This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.
Required milk quality can be achieved only by strict observance of sanitation conditions in whole chain of milk obtaining and processing. The failure some of sanitation factors may cause the form of bacterial resistance against sanitary agents. This fact can cause formation of biofilms, which can principally influence the milk quality. The main of science project is obtaining the knowledge about resistance of selected bacteria groups (psychrotrophic bacteria, enterococci, lactobacilli) against sanitary agents used in chain of milk obtaining and processing in nowadays. Also it will be verified ability of these bacteria to form biofilms on different materials in models conditions.
