Project description:Digital photogrammetry represents the most efficient method of mapping surface structures, due to the full automation of processing, relevant temporal accuracy and high resolving power. Knowledge of the morphology of the relief is necessary to clearly identify the soil erosion. Even if the erodological research so far dealt with many research teams, is its impact on the environment considerably large, the human activity greatly increases the intensities. Creating a methodology that would defined a simple determinations of soil roughness and thus the parameters entering into the calculation of indirect soil loss using RUSLE (modified soil loss equation), would significantly improve conditions for anti-erosion protection in Slovakia.
