In accord with increase of performance and consequently by changes in nutrition, composition of animal products has changed, mostly in protein and fat content. Ratio of particular fatty acids has been worsened, what affected health of human population. The intention of project is to reach higher quality of animal products, which contribute to prevent occurrence of various civilization, mostly cardiovascular diseases. Utilize natural feedstuffs and by-products from processing industry in order to reach value-added products of animal origin with respect of content and ratio of bioactive polyunsaturated fatty acids. Reach the increase of conjugated linoleic acid isomers content in raw milk through feed rations for ruminants.
