|The project will be solving the qualitative parameters of pork and veal of various breeds and utility types that are aimed at the high quality and food safety standards of raw food and final products. The project also concerns the influence of weaned pigs. We will observe the improvement and stabilization of pork technological quality through application of organic selenium into feedstuff. We will focus on using the pro-biotics of humic acids, essential oils and many other non-antibiotic growth stimulators in selected kinds of poultry raising in order to improve feeding parameters as well as quality of the final products. We will solve the breeding process of the Slovak Sport pony We will also state the selection criteria of the breeding horses.|
