Project description:The subject of the project submitted is to monitor the changing volume of the landfills and the material heaps in the real environment. Geodetic measure and terrestrial measure with laser scanner as some of the today's applied and generally accepted methods will be used to measure this volume. The element of innovation will be presented by the possibility of using the method of the photogrammetry using the UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) and the laser scanner as a part of the UAV technology. Such measures with unmanned aerial vehicles are very rarely used in our conditions. The project is also aimed at measuring the performance of the data processing, especially TIN and GRID models.
