|Project description:||If we want the quality wine to be appreciated this wine must be properly presented either directly in the producer or in the business network or in the catering facilities or on public tasting. In the gastronomy this work is a work of sommelier. His task is to present and harmonize combination the taste of food and the taste of wine. Enolog should be able to substitute the work of sommelier fully or at least partly. In case of this diversification the product can obtain the appropriate added value and this can ensure economic efficiency for producer. The target of the project is ensuring the missing teaching aids and drawing up complex learning materials for subjects Sommelier and Wine in gastronomy.|
