| Project description: | Nutraceuticals - are natural substances, bioregulators providing normalization of organ system functions at extremely low concentrations in a short time. Significant in their effects are, in particular, bioactive substances called flavonoids with a potentially high antioxidant and antitumor activity and an ability to eliminate cytotoxicity induced by environmental factors. Examination of the biological effects of traditional and non-traditional fruit species and their mechanism of action on animal cells with the possibility of elimination negative effects of toxicant - mycotoxins will be the subject of the proposed project. |
