|The aim of the project is intensification of education in the field of physiology, nutrition and metabolism and more effective teaching of subjects Nutrition physiology, Physiology of genetics and Metabolism of bioactive compounds within the study programs Applied biology, Agrobiotechnology and new program Foods and technologies in gastronomy in the second stage of study at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. Enhancement of education will be focused on understanding of relationships of physiology and nutrition, genetic regularity and characteristics, metabolic processes in organism with emphasis on practical learning and application of acquired knowledge. An innovative model of education assumes addition of new knowledge.|
