Project description:Plant polyphenols with antioxidant properties can be effective natural therapeutic agents for the prevention and treatment of pathological conditions including tumors, infertility, and the elimination of negative environmental factors. Objects of the research of the proposed project will be human tumor and non-tumor cells of reproductive system and others. The aim is to investigate the biological effects extracts from traditional and non-traditional fruits, isolate, analyze and test the biological effects of their components and research into intracellular mechanisms effects by monitoring of cell viability, adhesion, invasion, secretory activity, proliferation and apoptosis at the level of proteins, genes and receptors.
